On July 7, we looked at some useful assessment frameworks. Breaking out into groups to work on a case study really makes you have a better understanding of the challenges and frustration non verbal students must face. It is also nice to share information and experiences with like-minded educators. We also played with the iPod Touch. What a great tool! At first it was a bit intimidating - but I feel that way with any new to me technology.
